Using Caller One

These terms govern your use of Caller One, its website, APIs, caller information, protection tools, profiles, service listings, and related features. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Caller information and risk context

Names, categories, confidence, verification, and risk signals may come from users, businesses, public or licensed sources, automated systems, and operational review. They can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. A “likely safe” result is not a guarantee, and a warning is not proof of wrongdoing.

You should independently verify requests involving money, credentials, one-time passwords, remote access, investments, jobs, deliveries, or urgent threats.

Responsible use

You must not use Caller One to impersonate another person, harass or threaten anyone, submit knowingly false reports, scrape or resell the directory, bypass security or rate limits, upload unlawful content, create deceptive listings, or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive devices, accounts, listings, or traffic.

Profiles, businesses, and local services

You are responsible for information you publish and for having authority to represent a business or service. Service availability, credentials, prices, quality, and suitability are provided by the listing owner and must be independently checked. Caller One is not a party to an agreement between a customer and service provider unless expressly stated.

Exact customer and provider coordinates are not intended to be exchanged by local-search features. Do not attempt to bypass location safeguards.

Changes and availability

Features may vary by device, Android version, country, carrier, permissions, system role, or legal requirement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, performance, or compliance. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Intellectual property

Caller One software, design, marks, and original content are owned by RanjeetSoft or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Android and third-party service names remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Caller One is provided without guarantees that every caller, report, listing, or risk signal is accurate. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
