Include the app version, phone model, Android version, and a short description. Mask private numbers unless the number is essential to investigate the issue.

A name or identity is wrong

Open the caller detail and use the correction or report option. Provide the accurate category or name and the reason. Ownership of a phone number does not automatically prove a claimed public identity; corrections may require community evidence or additional review.

A spam or fraud label is wrong

Use the appeal option on the caller detail. Reports are reviewed using pattern, recency, diversity, confidence, and abuse signals. A single user cannot guarantee a label change.

A feature cannot access calls, contacts, or location

Open Caller One settings and start the feature again. Android controls caller-screening, default-dialer, call-log, contacts, notifications, foreground location, and display-over-app permissions separately. Denying optional access should leave manual lookup and city search available.

Business and service profiles

Register only work you provide or are authorized to represent. Add clear work keywords, choose a city or private service radius, and keep exact addresses out of public descriptions. Use the listing report option for impersonation, prohibited services, or misleading claims.

For immediate danger or an active financial compromise, contact local emergency services, your bank, payment provider, or telecom carrier first.
