Delete in the app
- Open Caller One and go to Profile.
- Open Settings and support.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the consequences and confirm.
This is the fastest path because the active session helps verify account ownership.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email the address below from the email linked to your profile, if one exists. Include your country code and phone number, but never send an OTP, password, payment PIN, identity-document image, or full contact list.

What deletion removes
- Account credentials and active sessions
- Account-linked personal profile and visibility choices
- Public Digital ID and revocable profile cards
- Service-provider, job-seeker, and business listings owned by the account
- Raw contact contributions and raw reports linked to the account
- Private account settings and ownership links, subject to lawful exceptions
What may remain
Caller-name and fraud-prevention evidence may remain only as de-identified aggregate signals that are no longer linked to the deleted account. Security, financial, dispute, or legal records may be retained for a limited period when lawfully required.
Removing the account does not automatically remove call logs or contacts stored by Android on your phone. Those remain under your device controls.
